Description The Manager, Revenue Operations, is responsible for leading the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function. This individual will develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company goals, optimizes the customer journey, and drives revenue growth. Summary Reporting to the CEO or CRO, the Manager will oversee key performance metrics, GTM systems, sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, and finance. Essential Functions Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and achieving revenue targets Establish and track key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and identify areas for continuous improvement Create and execute a quarterly RevOps roadmap, addressing quantitative and qualitative challenges while communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders Lead and mentor the RevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Services, and Finance to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving GTM objectives Uphold high data quality standards across the organization, ensuring data relevance, accuracy, and reliability to support strategic decision-making Drive the adoption and optimization of core GTM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring each team has the necessary tools for success Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, facilitating collaboration and achieving shared objectives across teams Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate and optimize sales processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue cycle Participate in the annual sales quota, compensation, and sales organizational planning process Develop standards for sales excellence including the agreed to guiding metrics, operational design, and process Put in place systems of governance that leverage our technology stack to enforce best practices and stand for excellence across the revenue teams, including but not limited to Services, Sales, Marketing, and Alliances Embrace and sustain a work environment that supports Elixir’s core values: Community, Learning, Integrity, and Pioneering Security Designate responsibilities include: Security Designates serve as the primary security contact for their assigned business unit. They are responsible for processing reports of security incidents, data breaches, and policy violations submitted by direct reports within the business unit and for notifying the acting Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of reported incidents, breaches, and violations. Proven track record of success in optimizing revenue operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering a data-driven culture Strong proficiency in GTM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot with experience in implementing and optimizing these types of tools Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, showcasing your ability to facilitate collaboration and achieve shared objectives Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders Required education and experience 5+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a B2B environment, with 3+ years in a leadership role 5+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS company Experience working within CRM such as Salesforce and HubSpot (preferred) Supervisory responsibilities Yes Work environment The work is performed in an office environment and may be distracting at times with others conversing. Work environment could be in Elixir’s office, working from home, or a hybrid of both Expected hours of work Generally, regular business hours plus some evening hours for global conference calls. Additional hours on weekends or holidays may be required on a seasonal basis to meet business needs. Travel Travel as needed Compensation Base salary ranging from $129,000 - $151,000 per year.
