We’re looking for a

Revenue Operations Manager

to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and strategic alignment across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role is both strategic and hands-on, serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while ensuring we have the tools, insights, and processes to scale effectively. What You'll Do Core RevOps Ownership Lead

classic RevOps functions , ensuring smooth operations across GTM processes. Act as a

strategic partner to GTM leadership , understanding the full customer journey—sales cycle, marketing funnel, and customer success lifecycle end-to-end. Systems & Tools Own and administer

HubSpot

(native, admin-level), including automation, workflows, integrations, and reporting. Manage and optimize the

GTM tech stack , ensuring tools are properly implemented, integrated, and adopted. Data & Governance Establish and maintain

data governance

across GTM systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Partner with GTM stakeholders to define data standards and processes that drive alignment. Analytics & Insights Provide

strategic insights

to GTM leaders, translating data into clear recommendations on pipeline health, revenue strategy, and customer engagement. Hands-On Execution Execute hands-on tasks ranging from

HubSpot administration

(automation, reporting, workflows) to

analytics and pipeline strategy . Explore and apply

AI-driven insights

to optimize GTM processes and revenue outcomes. Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in Revenue Operations Manager within a

B2B SaaS company

operating in complex and global environments. Advanced, hands-on

HubSpot admin

experience (automation, workflows, integrations, reporting). Strong understanding of GTM tools and system integrations, such as

Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Sigma, and AI-driven solutions . Highly data-driven, with experience in

analytics, reporting, and pipeline management . Familiarity with

Sigma

or similar BI tools is a strong advantage. Ability to act as a

strategic advisor

to GTM leadership, providing insights that shape revenue strategy while executing hands-on projects. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution- able to shift from designing processes to building automation and reports. Proven success working closely with

executive leadership and cross-functional global teams , aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations. Mindset & Skills : Highly analytical and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excited to explore and leverage
