What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare and review engineering design change packages to enhance equipment reliability
Conduct detailed engineering calculations to support design changes, including power studies and breaker coordination
Interface with project team members and clients to ensure project success
Attend client meetings and conduct site field walkdowns for validation of scope
Support site installation activities during project implementation and coordinate project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications)
An electrical engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program
7 or more years of experience in designing electrical engineering systems for industrial applications, preferably in nuclear power plants
Experience in selecting equipment and preparing engineering design change packages
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented approach and capability to gain unescorted access to nuclear power stations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PE license
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE)
