Stress Engineer
to join our team in Richardson. This role involves working on
aerospace structures and repair solutions , ensuring structural integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you have a strong background in

Responsibilities
Perform
Static, Fatigue, and Damage Tolerance Analysis
for
aircraft structures
(metallic & composite) using classical hand calculations.
Understand
load paths , extract loads from
Finite Element Models , and
analyze failure modes
to ensure
structural integrity .
Provide
repair dispositions
for structural damage and
non-conformances .
Read and
interpret engineering drawings .
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams , including
Design, Materials & Process Engineering .
Generate
Engineering Stress Reports
to justify repair dispositions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering .
Minimum
7
years of experience
as a
Stress Engineer
in the
Aerospace Industry .
Strong expertise in
Stress Analysis
of
Aero Structures .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in providing
technical solutions
from
conceptual to detailed design .
Knowledge of
Finite Element Methods (FEM)
for
load extraction
and solving
complex engineering problems .
Experience in
Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis .
Familiarity with
Boeing standards
and
FAA regulations (CFR Title 14, Part 25) .
Proficiency in
PATRAN, NASTRAN, FEMAP, CATIA V5, Enovia .
