Cardiology Nurse Practitioner – Fort Worth, TX
Join Texas Health Physicians Group to practice as a Cardiovascular Acute Care/Adult Care Nurse Practitioner in Fort Worth, Texas. Work closely with board‑certified cardiologists to diagnose and treat heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases.
Position Details
Full‑time – 40 hours per week
Assist with hospital rounding (ICU and clinical management of cardiology patients)
Electronic Medical Records, evaluate new clinic consults, and manage hospital admissions
On‑site nuclear, stress tests, and echocardiograms
Heart failure experience a plus
Offer a multidimensional approach to cardiac and peripheral vascular therapies

Requirements
Active Texas RN license
Acute Care/Adult Care board certification and experience
Degree from an approved NP program (Advanced Nursing Program)
1–3 years of cardiology experience
Current RN license for the State of Texas
Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas must meet CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
Note: The Nurse Practitioner will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
