Portsmouth, Waverly, West Union, Wheelersburg, Ironton, OH Responsibilities

Provide urgent care services; float to specified Family Health Centers as part of a hospital-employed, full-time role. Perform clinical procedures listed: suturing, ear irrigation, slit lamp, pelvic exam, cauterization, joint dislocation reduction, splinting, wound dressing, catheter changes, foreign body removal, IV administration, and rapid testing (Rapid Flu, Rapid Strep, Rapid Urine Analysis). Make quick initial assessments and treatment plans; manage patient flow in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Advanced Practitioner (APP) with Urgent Care / Emergency experience preferred. Ability to work across multiple locations with a flexible schedule; 6 or 7 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period; office hours 8:00a–8:00p. Strong procedural skills and ability to work independently within scope of practice. Benefits and Contract

2-year contract with 232 hours PTO, plus 40 hours PTO for 75th percentile wRVUs; CME/Books & Journals: 40 hours PTO and up to $5000. Retirement: 403b with employer match up to 2% of base pay; Deferred compensation 457b up to IRS limits; Moving expense $10,000; Malpractice coverage $2,000,000 per claim / $6,000,000 aggregate; Health insurance with employee premium deduction; Bonus incentives up to 10% of salary. Other: 70 mile non-compete or liquidated damages of one year salary. Additional information
