— Per Diem, Dual Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / Family Nurse Practitioner. Position Details
Setting: Residential and outpatient Employment type: Per Diem Responsibilities include assessments and follow-ups, history and physicals, and medication management Requirements / Minimum Qualifications
Active California Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain; in good standing Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program Ability to prescribe controlled substances with a current California DEA license Previous experience with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and prescribing/maintaining Suboxone tapers is preferred Prior experience with addiction, dual-diagnosis, integrated care model, and/or psychiatry is preferred How to Apply
