Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer short-term, outpatient day treatment designed to provide acute stabilization and support. Clients typically engage in services for 1–3 weeks, receiving intensive individual and group therapy. Our multidisciplinary team employs a collaborative, client-centered approach and utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help individuals achieve stability and continue their recovery journey. What You’ll Do

Manage a caseload of 7–10 clients with diverse backgrounds and clinical needs. Assess mental health conditions using biopsychosocial data, diagnostics, and psychological evaluations. Conduct interviews, observations, and assessments to inform and maintain accurate treatment documentation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and client history. Provide individual and group counseling to support recovery, life adjustment, and behavioral change in accordance with program structure. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system. Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support overall wellness. Requirements Of The Position

Master’s degree in a social science field as defined by the Missouri Department of Mental Health is required. Active provisional licensure in Missouri (PLPC, LMSW, or MFT) preferred. Availability to work a consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Solid understanding of mental health and substance use disorders. Strong customer service skills with a focus on recovery-oriented care. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace; accurate typing and data entry skills. Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and G-Suite). Grow With Us
