Openings for a Masters level Occupational Therapist (OT) to facilitate collaboration of care and achieve superior treatment outcomes for young learners. The center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a BCBA. Most learners require OT in addition to ABA and speech therapy. The OT will provide high-quality Occupational Therapy, collaborate on case management with clinicians, and help learners maximize their potential. A strong candidate with leadership and management skills may pursue a more comprehensive role in growth of Ally Behavior. Job Expectations & Certification Requirements
Meet weekly forty, 30-minute session billable hour requirement Masters Degree required Valid state licensing for location(s) of practice required Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism Strong and fluent writing and oral communication Desire for professional growth and career advancement Physical Requirements
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods Ability to reach and hold objects Ability to lift 30 pounds What You Will Bring
