Cleveland, Ohio . This opportunity is with a leading manufacturer in the forged metal components industry. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations within the
Processing Department , ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr This range is provided by Dizario Search. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality goals Supervise, train, and develop hourly employees while promoting a safe work environment Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to optimize efficiency Implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity Monitor production schedules, ensure customer commitments are met, and maintain accurate records Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lead in a hands-on environment Proven success driving safety, quality, and performance in a fast-paced setting Experience in a union and/or forging environment preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production tracking systems If you’re interested in learning more, please apply or reach out to
