Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Room Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a dynamic clinical environment Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Educate and support patients and their families during emergency care Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Indiana or compact state (Emergency Room specialty preferred) Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience required BLS certification (AHA) required ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications highly desirable Ability to pass hospital onboarding, skills checklists, and competency exams Current immunizations and health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test) Professional references and updated nursing resume required Benefits
