POSITION OVERVIEW Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join one of our foundational teams in Las Vegas, Nevada. In September 2025, Zarminali Pediatrics acquired Anthem Hills Pediatrics, a trusted name for over a decade. Now united under the Zarminali name, we are building on Anthem Hills Pediatrics’ strong community roots to shape the future of pediatric care in the region and state. You will play a vital role in advancing the health of children while fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and community.

What you’ll do

Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child’s needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.

Growth, Development & Preventive Health: Monitor children’s physical and emotional milestones, offer early intervention, and educate families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.

Patient & Family Education: Support families throughout the pediatric lifecycle, from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development and empowering families with knowledge at each stage.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to best practices in documentation and healthcare regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with the support team, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

What you’ll need

M.D. or D.O. degree required from an accredited institution

Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Nevada

Current and unrestricted Nevada DEA license

Board-Certified in Pediatrics

Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment

Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers

BLS/ACLS Certification
