Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join our inaugural team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of the pediatric population and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and community. What you\'ll do

Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child\'s needs, while responding to acute concerns. Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitor children\'s physical and emotional milestones, offer early intervention, and educate families on preventive care for healthy growth and development. Patient & Family Education: Support families throughout the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence. Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in line with best practices and healthcare regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with support teams, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. What we look for

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Wisconsin Current and unrestricted Wisconsin DEA license Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics At least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience in a pediatric setting Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment Empathy towards patients, families, and caregivers BLS/ACLS Certification What we offer
