Overview
Post-Master’s Fellowship (Pre-Licensed Therapist) at Lorenz Clinic. A nationally recognized, full-time, paid psychotherapy training position for pre-licensed clinicians seeking LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure in Minnesota. Supervision is provided. Responsibilities
Provide psychological services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning under supervision Carry and maintain a psychotherapy caseload as assigned (in-clinic or in-home depending on program track) Provide individual, couples, group, or family psychotherapy as directed by supervisor Attend and participate in supervision, case consultation, training activities, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and required meetings Conduct at least two formal presentations during the two-year fellowship (one to colleagues, one to the public) Other duties as assigned Tracks and Programs
Fellows may apply to one of four clinical program tracks: Outpatient Psychotherapy; Community-Based (In-Home); Intensive Outpatient Group Psychotherapy (IOP); Early Childhood Day Treatment; Brief Intervention Clinic Blended caseload may be used to extend development; cases assigned based on goals, supervisor competence, and client fit Requirements / Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, clinical counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or similar from a regionally-accredited program Clinically-focused, master’s-level practicum or internship involving diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy Declared licensure track such as LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC in Minnesota; must comply with licensure requirements including supervised practice Completed master’s-level practicum totaling 9-12 months; placements not primarily remote/telehealth; fewer than 9 months may limit program eligibility Benefits

The hiring range is $51,000–$90,000 per year, based on qualifications, caseload, program fit, and chosen track. Tracks have specific ranges listed as well: Outpatient $51,000–$60,000; Early Childhood Day Treatment $51,000–$65,000; IOP $51,000–$65,000; Brief Intervention Clinic $51,000–$60,000; Community-Based/In-Home $51,000–$90,000.
