California Nursing Job Details Assignment Length: 13 weeks (October 6, 2025 – January 5, 2026) Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours per Week: 36 Healthcare Setting: Labor & Delivery Unit (Building B, Vintage Tower, 2nd Floor) On-Site Registered Nurse Position Weekend shifts and floating to Postpartum-Couplets as needed Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,360 - $2,420 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active California RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience; 2+ years preferred Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Experience with GE fetal monitoring and EMR systems (CPN, Meditech) preferred Ability to provide couplet care and float to postpartum unit as needed Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients and newborns in a clinical setting Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using advanced healthcare technology Assist with procedures including NSTs, cervical exams, medication titration, and McRoberts maneuver Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care Float to postpartum/couplet care as needed Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Adhere to hospital policies and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives Benefits 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity across our organization.
