Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Behavioral Health/Medical Social Work services Experience with motivational interviewing or similar evidence-based communication strategies Proven success working within a team and developing effective relationships with clients and coworkers Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted license in a Social Services related field issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW or LMFT preferred) Key Qualifications

Valid California Driver's License Experience in clinical services within health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, or medical facilities (preferred) Knowledge of behavioral health and discharge planning Proficiency in evidenced-based communication strategies like Motivational Interviewing Understanding of multicultural communities and mental health/substance use conditions Bilingual in English and IEHP Threshold Language (highly preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical systems (preferred) Ability to engage members and providers effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply TODAY!
