Reliability Compliance Analyst – O&P

to join a fast-growing renewable energy leader committed to driving the clean energy transition. In this role, you’ll be at the center of regulatory compliance for a portfolio of cutting-edge wind, solar, storage, and transmission assets. What You’ll Do

Monitor and maintain compliance with FERC, NERC, ISO/RTO market rules, and other reliability standards. Partner with engineering, operations, and IT teams to design preventive measures that keep our fleet audit-ready. Collect, analyze, and submit compliance data for regulatory self-certifications, audits, and reporting. Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and training programs. Conduct audits, analyze system events, and provide actionable insights to strengthen operational reliability. Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and compliance forums. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related analytical field. 3+ years of experience in the electrical industry, including 2+ years working with NERC and/or FERC standards. Strong understanding of electrical principles and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills with sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat Pro and Access are a plus. Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic & international). NERC certification or experience with renewable generation compliance is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
