Ovivo is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to lead the supply chain and procurement operations for our Municipal/Industrial/PFAS division in the United States. This hands-on leadership role will drive transformation and optimization of supply chain processes, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and alignment with Ovivo's commitment to delivering high-quality water treatment solutions. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support the Division, focusing on profitability, efficiency, and sustainability. In conjunction with this Divisional strategy, also develop and implement supply chain strategies on a product line basis as necessary. Supply Chain Management:
Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, supplier relationships, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of equipment and systems. Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable process improvements to enhance supply chain and procurement performance, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines. Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality materials and components that meet Ovivo's rigorous standards for water treatment solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, production, project management, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with project demands and customer requirements. Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify and address supply chain risks, including disruptions, inventory levels, cost fluctuations, international trade concerns, and regulatory compliance. Develop alternative suppliers and contingency plans as necessary. Sustainability Focus:
Integrate sustainable practices into supply chain operations, aligning with Ovivo's commitment to environmental responsibility. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and report on supply chain and procurement metrics to senior management. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and procurement team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Compliance and Quality:
Ensure supply chain and procurement processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and Ovivo's quality management system. Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers and provide summaries to key stakeholders. Educational and Professional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required); Master's degree preferred APICS or ISM Certification(s) are a strong plus. (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM) Required Skills and Competencies
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, preferably in industrial manufacturing-oriented businesses Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and vendors while ensuring favorable terms Effective leadership skills to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance Proven track record of optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive operational improvements Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as it pertains to supply chain activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Knowledge of municipal and industrial water treatment equipment and technologies is a plus Ability to travel up to 20% domestically, with occasional international travel Commitment to Ovivo's core values of ownership, integrity, expertise, teamwork, innovation, and sustainability Benefits and Employment Details
