Business Development Manager What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to pitching and closing deals with U.S.-based construction companies. Prospect New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential clients, including warm and semi-warm leads. Conduct Consultative Sales Meetings: Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase ICPs value. CRM Management: Track all activity, pipeline progress, and client communications in the CRM. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with leadership to refine sales processes and improve the client journey. Potential Account Management: Support onboarding and early relationship management for new clients as needed. What You'll Bring

Proven experience in B2B sales - ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions. Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working remotely.
