The Senior Business Development Manager is an experienced member of the Enterprise Supply team. This role onboards publishers to CTRL, our self-serve suite for publishers. The Senior BD Manager also acts as the supply expert to buy-side teams internally and represents publisher partners for demand facilitation opportunities. We are a hybrid company with 3 days per week in the NY or LA office and remote the rest of the week. What You’ll Do

Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct research on their business and technical needs Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing relationships Partner with other supply-side teams to create contract-winning proposals Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to pitch Nexxen CTRL (ad server and PMP platform) and demonstrate products Track sales goals and report results Coordinate with marketing on lead generation Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ business needs and use cases Update knowledge through educational opportunities, reading, networking, and professional involvement Coordinate with product and engineering to support existing business and capture new product requirements Provide monthly forecasting to senior leadership and the wider commercial team What You’ll Bring

5+ years of sales experience at a DSP, SSP, or Ad Server preferred Experience selling SaaS platforms and products Strong closing capability with hustle to open new doors Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions, and analyze data Able to prepare collateral and present value propositions to key publishers Experience owning the project management cycle and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders Desired Skills

Solid understanding of digital advertising, especially OTT/CTV video or SaaS technology Skilled negotiator with interest in closing deals and working with publishers Hunter mentality with ability to grow existing business Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people Compensation and Benefits

In support of pay transparency, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York or Los Angeles is $80,000 - $125,000 at the time of posting, with potential incentives or bonuses. Compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
