We will be welcoming our newest concept, Pinyon, in the fall of 2025. We are looking to build a bench of management talent and will be hiring very dynamic managers to join our team. The manager role will have primary responsibility over the restaurant, ensuring the first impression of the restaurant and managing all front-of-house functions. Buck & Rider prides itself on utmost freshness and quality ingredients. Our seafood and steak dishes are chef-crafted with gusto, directly from framers and fishermen of the East, West, and Gulf Coasts. We fly our fish and seafood directly to our restaurants daily. With three locations currently open and more on the horizon, the opportunities are endless. Day in the Life:
Oversee entire daily operation in an extremely high-volume environment Train, coach, develop, and mentor both managers and hourly team members Effectively communicate with all levels of team members and management Drive brand standards and uphold quality Promote a strong positive culture Become a system expert for all restaurant systems (Toast, R365, Craftable, 7shifts, Sevenrooms, etc.) Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Additional Benefits:
