Part-Time Customer Service Specialist
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently and with care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media with professionalism and accuracy Assist customers with orders, returns, product questions, and shipping issues Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and support systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, product) to address and resolve customer needs Provide feedback on recurring issues to support continuous improvement in customer experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar) Available to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Employee discounts on Palladium products Flexible schedule and hybrid/remote work options (depending on location) A collaborative, inclusive culture with growth opportunities Join Us.
