Caesars Entertainment . William Hill U.S., America's leading sportsbook provider, has immediate openings at its sportsbook. You will be the face of our retail operation, delivering a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors and helping everyone feel welcome at our sportsbook. As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will advise customers and help them make informed, responsible wagering decisions. Responsibilities
Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly. Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the gaming control board. Become familiar with our betting options and be able to discuss those options with customers. Resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalate to the direct supervisor when needed. Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and leadership. Ensure that all necessary paperwork/documentation is filled out according to company policy and gaming control board standards. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need
Flexible availability; 21+ years of age or older; ability to pass a background check; able to obtain a gaming license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if deemed necessary. Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.). Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Strong customer service, communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to perform simple math. Professional presentation and ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays). Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs. Must be able to write for extended periods and twist, bend or reach with no significant limitations. About Us
