Responsibilities
With McCall, you’ll experience a fun work environment and a culture that supports your growth and goals. Build relationships with internal and external customers to deliver outstanding service. Manage your service route and daily operations, including residential pest control, mosquito services, termite inspections, and monitoring termite bait systems. Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs. Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied. Work closely with internal teams (customer service, sales, fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding experience. Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines. Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle, to protect yourself and the people you serve.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required No Experience Required! Must be 18 years of age Valid driver’s license required Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
