Conduct thorough energy audits using BPI methodology. Perform comprehensive home inspections. Utilize and maintain a thorough understanding of blower door and other equipment used in the auditing process. Interact with customers and clearly communicate the work being done in their home. Manage projects and jobs from start to finish. Conduct post-work home inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Experience in residential construction, home inspections, or conducting energy audits Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Strong analytical and communication experience Project/client management experience Ability to work with clients Ability to multitask Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces Ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area Preferred Qualifications
BPI certification Experience with BPI audits and BPI training Familiarity with project and team management in a field/construction setting Experience working in homes and interacting with homeowners Construction or related experience Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test. Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
