Responsibilities
Provide nursing coverage on a 24/7 basis for the facility during assigned shifts.
Dispense physician-ordered medication, perform assessments, and respond to emergencies.
Communicate concerns with medical providers, the Director of Nursing, and administration.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal care for residents.
Qualifications
Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
Job Details
Full-time and Part-time positions available for various shifts.
Pay: Starting at $28.50/hour, with additional shift differentials for weekends and evenings.
