Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Job with PeaceHealth Medical Group in Vancouver, WA. PeaceHealth invites you to join the Mill Plain Clinic's Priority Care team in Vancouver, WA. We serve patients who need to see a clinician quickly for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as cuts and bruises, sprains and strains, severe colds and flu, allergies and rashes. BLS required. Ideal candidate is a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with two or more years of post-graduate full-time Urgent Care experience. Responsibilities
Clinic Schedule: Monday–Sunday 8am to 8pm. Schedule: 0.9 FTE (36 patient contact hours); variable three 12-hour shifts; no on-call. Join a team of 1 Physician and 4 Clinicians in an integrated, established, fast-paced outpatient-only practice. See patients with 15-minute appointments, across all ages, up to ~40 patients daily; use EPIC EMR, Dragon, and DAX AI Scribe. Maintain a 1:1.5 MA ratio with onsite x-ray, lab, and pharmacy services for rapid care. Refer to Emergency Department or specialty care at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center as needed. Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with two or more years post-graduate full-time Urgent Care experience. BLS required. Ability to work in an outpatient, fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Benefits & Culture
