This Psychotherapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, including comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, promoting patient progress with goals, and conducting individual, couples, family, or group therapy. Master’s Degree in counseling or social work Illinois licensure as LCPC or LCSW Interpersonal skills necessary for quality patient care Knowledge of growth, development, and psychosocial needs of the patient population Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and computer skills Preferred
2 years of post-master’s experience Experience with the age group and diagnoses served Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting
