Required Qualifications: Master’s Degree in counseling or social work Illinois licensure as a LCPC or LCSW Interpersonal skills to effectively provide quality patient care Knowledge of growth and development principles and the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patient population served Strong written/verbal communication, problem solving, decision making, creativity, prioritization/delegation, and computer skills Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of post-master’s degree experience 2 years of experience with the age and diagnoses of the population served Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
