Carrollton, Georgia, USA. PathGroup / Associated Pathologists is seeking an AP/CP board-certified or eligible pathologist to provide services for Tanner Health System, a five-hospital system in west Georgia and east Alabama. Responsibilities include:
Sign out of surgical pathology cases, with emphasis on thoracic, gastrointestinal, and breast oncologic pathology, as well as general surgical pathology. Non-gynecologic cytopathology and interventional pulmonary rapid onsite evaluation (ROSE). Intraoperative consultation/frozen section and active participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards. Shared on-call responsibilities. Both experienced pathologists and recent graduates or fellows are encouraged to apply. Qualifications:
AP/CP Board certification or eligibility in pathology. Completion of a surgical pathology or subspecialty fellowship. Eligibility for or possession of a valid Georgia medical license. The Tanner Health System serves a population of approximately 400,000 across west Georgia and east Alabama, providing comprehensive healthcare through its five hospitals. Additional details:
