Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-hour day shifts 1:5 shared call rotation Cases: General interventional cardiology, high-risk Impella (R) supported procedures, and structural cardiology (percutaneous PFO/ASD closure) Full support staff available EMR: Epic Must be board-certified or board-eligible Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience RVUs after 2 years Sign-on and retention bonuses Comprehensive relocation package Can sponsor H/J If you are interested in learning more, please apply. Qualifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health (NIH) Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Active unencumbered Cardiologist Texas state license Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program One year of work experience as Cardiologist One year of EMR experience Board Certified Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required: Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team-oriented attitude is essential, as is the ability to work independently and interact easily with physicians, managers, and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational skills, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
