Home Health Speech Therapist , you will join our Clinical Team, providing exceptional care in your community. The role offers autonomous practice focusing on functional rehabilitation within the patient's home environment, tailored to their specific needs. This is a Part-Time position requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options including 10-hour shifts. No weekends or holidays. The position covers the East Valley (Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Superior, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Gilbert, Chandler). This role requires a current license. Position Summary

This position involves screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for patients with speech and language disorders, planning and executing treatment programs, documenting care, and demonstrating clinical competence appropriate to the patient's age. Core Functions

Evaluate patients’ abilities and limitations, develop care plans and treatment goals as ordered. Implement individualized treatment considering all patient needs, re-evaluate as necessary. Educate patients and families, provide home programs with instructions. Document treatment according to standards. Participate in staff training and education. Follow care plans, use independent judgment, consult supervisors for unusual situations. Minimum Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current licensure in the state of practice. Certificate of Clinical Competence or acceptance in Clinical Fellowship Year. BLS certification. Ability to collaborate with healthcare providers, strong communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications used in patient care. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required for certain facilities. Preferred Qualifications
