Responsibilities
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 30 to 35 Pre-K and Kindergarten students. Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct ongoing assessments. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions. Participate in planning and prepare materials within designated work hours. Qualifications
Valid SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Pediatric SLP experience, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion, or School-based SLP certification OR Certification as a School-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to providing therapy through in-person sessions; teletherapy is not a consideration for these students. Position Details
Location: Elementary school in Martin, TN. Schedule: Four days per week, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch and dedicated planning/assessment time. Duration: Current school year with potential for extension. Immediate start date.
