From post-op care to conservative management of complex injuries, you'll deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's goals. This role involves a

dual-clinic model , splitting your time between the

Willis Sports Medicine & Rehab Center

and a high-performing orthopedic hospital in

The Woodlands . Your Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for upper extremity injuries, post-surgical recovery, tendon/nerve repairs, fractures, arthritis, and repetitive stress conditions Implement therapy techniques including manual therapy, splinting, wound/scar management, and functional retraining Fabricate custom orthoses using low-temperature thermoplastics Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless care Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention Accurately document assessments, care plans, and outcomes in compliance with standards Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement projects Support professional development, including mentoring students or junior therapists (optional but encouraged) Who We're Looking For This is

an entry-level role. We seek a confident, collaborative, and passionate CHT who enjoys working with a specialized patient population. Minimum Requirements (All Must Be Met): Active

Texas OT license Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

current at time of hire Current
