We are seeking a Turbine Repair Engineer to join a leading U.S.-based energy solutions and engineering firm supporting major infrastructure and power generation projects globally. The business continues to expand rapidly, driven by an increasing pipeline of projects, and is scaling its engineering and repair capabilities accordingly. This position is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering safe, cost‑effective, and innovative turbine repair solutions.
Turbine Repair Engineer’s Key Responsibilities
Develop and introduce new repair processes that are safe, reliable, and cost‑effective.
Refine and enhance inspection and repair workflows to improve consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Support the repair and build of production tools and equipment.
Lead efforts to deliver high‑quality, dependable component repair solutions that meet operational requirements.
Turbine Repair Engineer’s Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
Demonstrated experience in gas turbine repair.
Proven ability to improve processes, enhance repair quality, and implement technical solutions.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with engineering tools, systems, and documentation.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to meet standard pre‑employment requirements.
