SkyBlue Pool Supply N Service is seeking a Weekly Pool Service Technician to join our growing team! This hands‑on position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial pools through regular service, water chemistry management, and minor equipment repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Drive company vehicle to customer locations, maintaining a consistent and efficient daily route.
Perform routine pool maintenance, including brushing, netting, vacuuming, and skimming debris.
Test and balance pool water chemistry using proper techniques and safety procedures.
Empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and filter bags to ensure smooth operation.
Monitor and maintain pool equipment, noting issues such as leaks or malfunctions.
Perform minor repairs on pool sweeps and report larger repairs to management.
Maintain vehicle inventory of tools, parts, and chemicals for daily service needs.
Communicate professionally with customers, explaining services and addressing questions or concerns.
Accurately complete service reports and maintain organized records of work performed.
Follow all safety guidelines for chemical handling and equipment operation.
Qualifications
3‑4 years of experience as a pool service technician preferred.
Strong understanding of pool cleaning, water chemistry, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, or cold).
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50‑75 pounds regularly.
Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Certification in Pool Operation (CPO) or related training preferred.
Compensation
$25/hour during training (for entry‑level candidates).
$27/hour upon successful completion of training and route independence.
Up to $35/hour for experienced pool technicians.
Revenue Share Program for eligible employees.

Schedule
Full‑Time: Monday – Friday
Overtime may be available during peak season
