Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Lead support of all Field Service activities in operating environments at depots, training sites, and customer field operations with training, operation or repair. Apply expert-level skills in area of proficiency and demonstrate expertise at all types of military and commercial field assignments Act as a spokesperson representing the company on field service technical, contractual, or business issues while acting as an advisor to upper management and customers on sensitive or highly technical issues Determine solutions and advise others in resolving a wide variety of highly complex technical problems Serve as a recognized mentor by the Field Service community Solve the most difficult of technical problems and evaluate a possible solution to prevent reoccurrence, interfacing with Engineering departments on a path forward Participate in technical reviews and apply technical expertise in the definition of new designs and procedures Work at remote locations without direct supervision Lead a technical group independently Responsible for keeping within budget, cost and schedule input for design assignments Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required Participate in preparation of proposals Provide higher level technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support personnel Lead and direct the work of others as assigned Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Attend appropriate customer or business meetings Lead less experienced engineers

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experience Mastery in technologies and application domain Leading operations, troubleshooting, and test and integration for SIGINT preferred. Familiarity with Stingray phone tracker, Dirtboxed, G-Box, IMSI and IMEI Detector technology preferred.
