Entry-Level Structural Analysis Engineer
Join Boeing as an Entry-Level Structural Analysis Engineer. This role focuses on structural analysis for airplane propulsion and structural components, ensuring strength, performance, and safety throughout the airplane’s lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements for system design.
Coordinate with engineering groups to establish product environment.
Use analytical methods, finite element models, and analysis tools to verify structural integrity.
Develop test plans, support test execution, and analyze/reports test results.
Define and document certification and test results for regulatory compliance.
Investigate failures and analyze improvements for in‑service products.
Work under close supervision.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Civil or related structures‑focused major.
Support occasional domestic travel to support customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with finite element analysis tools (NASTRAN/PATRAN, HYPERMESH, ABAQUS, or other).
Experience with fatigue or durability analysis.
Experience analyzing aircraft propulsion structures.
