Entry-Level Structural Analysis Engineer-1
Join Boeing, Inc. in South Carolina as a Structural Analysis Engineer at entry-level (Level 1). In this role you will support the design, analysis, and validation of aircraft structures, ensuring they meet safety and performance requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements to establish system design.
Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product’s environment.
Perform structural integrity analyses using finite‑element models and other analysis tools.
Design test plans, support test execution, and analyze test results to verify that systems meet requirements.
Document certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies.
Investigate in‑service failures and recommend improvements.
Work under close supervision as an entry‑level engineer.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Civil Engineering with emphasis in structures.
Ability to support occasional domestic travel to support customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with finite‑element analysis using tools such as NASTRAN, ABAQUS, or equivalent.
Experience with fatigue or durability analysis.
Experience analyzing aircraft propulsion structures.
Pay Range Summary Entry‑Level: $65,450 – $88,550 (based on experience and market considerations).
