Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve operational issues related to shrink wrap and bundling machinery both in-house and at customer sites. Install and start up systems, including integration with other OEM equipment in the field. Train personnel in proper setup, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Perform mechanical and electrical modifications, including PLC programming, kit installations, and servo reconfigurations. Report on machine and system installations, warranty repairs, performance, issues, and suggestions for product improvements. Submit accurate expense and time reports promptly. Communicate daily with the service coordinator to ensure all issues are addressed and approved by the customer. Benefits

Hourly Rate Range: $30.00-$45.00 per hour. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting packaging equipment, including extensive Allen-Bradley PLC, servo, and HMI programming. Preferred: 2-year degree or certificate in Industrial Automation or Electronics. Experience with Allen Bradley and Emerson systems, HMIs, and temperature controllers. Experience with packaging equipment and conveyor systems is a plus. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 90%, including weekends when necessary. Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. About Texwrap
