Lead small to medium integration efforts with minimal oversight. Define and evaluate system requirements (ARP-4754/4761) related to installation, performance, compliance, and safety. Collaborate with hardware, software, and certification teams to resolve integration challenges and improve system performance. Translate technical standards into clear, verifiable requirements at the aircraft, system, and equipment levels. Act as a liaison with customers, suppliers, and FAA representatives to ensure integration results meet expectations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. What You Bring

Technical Knowledge

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of systems engineering or integration experience in aviation (or 3+ with a Master’s). Strong background in systems engineering, requirements management, and avionics integration. Experience with FAA certification processes such as TSO, STC, ASTM, AC, or TC. Familiarity with standards including ARP-4754/4761, DO-178C, and DO-254. Ability to lead integration activities of small to medium scope independently. Strong communication skills for working with customers, suppliers, and regulators. Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced engineers. Tools & Process Knowledge

Proficiency with systems engineering and requirements management tools. Familiarity with programming languages such as C++ or Python for automation or analysis. Bonus Points

PMP certification or formal training in project management. Private Pilot License (PPL) or personal passion for aviation. Ready to Apply?
