Deliver vehicle program engineering and financial milestones with quality on time. Deliver vehicle program financial status for engineering, vendor & facilities tooling and cost. Lead supplier sourcing for all new tooled end items, whether Ford Racing led or core Ford Engineering led, on time and aligned with vehicle program targets. Deliver compatible production designs to match the vehicle program theme and appearance. Deliver a product that meets established vehicle program marketing targets. Support delivery of the vehicle program attribute targets. Lead the establishment of optimal assumptions for the customer to vehicle interface, including interior components, HMI, features and services. Deliver prototype builds and production vehicle launch to standard with high quality expected by the enthusiast customer. Make fact-based decisions with cross-functional teams in a timely fashion to maintain program objectives. Lead resolution of difficult cross-functional issues to maintain program objectives. Manage a team of program management analysts and engineers to deliver the overall vehicle program via prioritization of critical path tasks. Support transfer of technology and methods from vehicle production programs to Competition and Ford Racing vehicles and to production vehicles. Deliver technical project presentations to senior management including results, conclusions, recommendations, and lessons learned. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
BS degree in Engineering required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Automotive OEM. Minimum of 5 years of experience in either Vehicle Engineering or Program Management. Engineering MS or MBA equivalent degree or higher. Prior experience as a Chief or Assistant Program Engineer. Automotive plant experience launching vehicles or working in plant engineering. Understanding of problem-solving methods (FMEA, causes, severity and detection, and statistical methods). Ability to develop clear working documents and management presentations, plus clear/concise communication skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
