Overview The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, planning, design, testing, troubleshooting, repair and overall maintenance of the electrical and automation systems and equipment for all PWS assets. This individual ensures all electrical work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to industry standards and company policies. This position is preferred to be located within the Delaware-Permian assets in Midland or Wink, Texas and reports to the VP Operations.

Responsibilities
Manages all facets of Instrumentation, electrical and automation maintenance program supporting all operations
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems including motors, switchgear, transformers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and control systems
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high voltage distribution power lines and poles
Collaborates with different departments including operations, engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure electrical scopes align with project goals
Supports all aspects of electrical projects to ensure processes are running smoothly
Collaborates with appropriate functions as needed to maintain Input/Output (I/O) from device through PLCs and into SCADA systems
Leads and ensures all team members are following company safety guidelines, policies and procedures
Coordinates daily proactive maintenance and repair, including calibration, and systems modification(s) according to site needs, as well as contractor management and work/quality inspection
Provides electrical maintenance and repairs as needed
Plan and allocate resources, tools, and materials for scheduled and unscheduled tasks
Provide remote and onsite support for automation issues at our locations
Schedules and assigns daily tasks, monitor progress, and provides guidance
Ensures compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory state requirements
Verifies that timesheets align with company policies, including overtime, vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours
Adheres and leads by example on Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to KPA, JSAs, Training, Incident Reports, and Safety Observations
Participates in performance management, hiring, development and disciplinary processes
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent as a GED
10 years of oil and gas experience, with strong understanding of relabel concepts and procedures
Minimum of 3 years of prior field instrumentation and electrical experience
Supervisory experience
Must be able to operate basic tools and other applicable oilfield and electrical related equipment
Strong organization, planning and time-management skills for multiple priorities
Strong understanding of control systems, instrumentation interfaces, and SCADA/DCS systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to enhance business relationships internally and externally
Must exhibit exemplary punctuality in accordance with the Company's attendance policies
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proactive problem-solver with strong critical and analytic skills
Must have a valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle
Able to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering
5 years of supervisory experience leading teams in meeting KPIs
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Standard office environment and works primarily outside
Individual will be required to be on call at times to attend field emergencies as needed after hours
Must be able to use their hands to handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and fine manipulation
Must be able to drive and sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to stand, bend, walk, kneel, climb stairs and lift over 50lbs for continuous hours
May be exposed to loud noises, occupational hazards, and/or other outdoor elements
Must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to, extreme hot, extreme cold, wind, rain, hail, dust, snow, sleet, ice, etc. as well as wet/humid and/or dry/arid conditions
May be exposed to H2S and other industry related chemicals
May be subject to working in low-lit areas
May encounter wildlife
Must be able to work at heights of up to 25ft
