The Building Automation Controls Engineer will lead projects, provide design expertise, and help us provide our clients with innovative HVAC solutions. This position will play a pivotal part in providing meticulously crafted engineered drawings for HVAC control systems and/or protective systems such as access control, camera systems, fire alarms, and intrusion detection. This position will review specifications and contract drawings for assigned projects. Provide accurate drawings for HVAC control systems and schematics using AutoCAD and/or Visio. Have the ability to size control valves, dampers, air flow stations, and the like for HVAC systems. Be able to write and understand the sequence of operations for HVAC control systems, along with assembling submittals and O&Ms for projects. Qualifications

Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or other STEM field with 1-3 years' experience in relevant field. 3+ years' experience in relevant field. 3+ years' experience using AutoCAD and/or Visio. Sound knowledge in electrical circuits, HVAC and controls required. Understanding of advanced hydronic and duct work systems required. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required. Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Working with us
