What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 2 years of experience supporting recruitment functions, including resume review, phone screens/interviews, reference checks, job fairs, and interview coordination. Experience with high-volume recruitment is a plus. Ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong communication and customer service skills. Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
