onsite, permanent
position based in
Raleigh, NC . The
Senior Reliability and Mechanical Integrity Engineer
will lead the development and execution of maintenance strategies for rotating equipment, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in equipment reliability. Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance strategies for rotating equipment, ensuring compliance with standards. Provide technical support for repairs, root cause failure analysis, and corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency. Analyze equipment data (e.g., MTTF, MTBF, downtime) to optimize maintenance and asset utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on maintenance planning, capital projects, and new installations. Maintain documentation, spare parts inventories, and training programs to support continuous improvement. Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or reliability engineering in industrial manufacturing. Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, failure analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance. Knowledge of rotating equipment components, CMMS (preferably Maximo), and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with PSM, predictive maintenance tools, and CAD interpretation. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; CMRP or similar certification preferred. Compensation:
