Field Service Technician (Expert Level)

We have an exciting opportunity for a proven technical expert in the Repair & Calibration of Test and Measurement Equipment. This is a full-time role based at our facility in Nashua, NH, with work at customer sites in Nashua, NH, performing calibration and repairs on Keysight products. Specific duties include: Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of test equipment assets. Ensure support aligns with customer expectations. Evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware and software issues to determine repair or re-alignment needs. Perform calibration and adjustment procedures post-repair. Utilize PC-based software as required. Install software and firmware upgrades, including re-imaging customer instruments. Perform repairs on most Keysight products critical to customer uptime. Required skills: Technical School, Military PMEL/TMDE, or equivalent industry experience. At least 5 years of related experience supporting Test and Measurement instruments. RF/Microwave repair and calibration up to 50 GHz is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills. Experience with Keysight Test Equipment calibration and repair is a plus. Experience with automated calibration software platforms is a plus. Strong communication skills for customer and peer interactions. Must be local to Nashua, NH, or willing to relocate. Ability to lift 35 lbs. Must be a US Citizen.
