Overview
We are seeking a project manager with a focus on building structural engineering to work on new building and building renovation projects. This position is ideal for a structural engineer that enjoys working with clients on building expansions, repairs, renovations, and stand-alone buildings ranging from $10K to $20M. Work will be out of our downtown St. Louis office. Oates Associates is a 100% employee-owned civil and structural engineering firm focused on enhancing our community. Drive projects through to completion with a support team of engineers. Collaborate with clients on building expansions, repairs, renovations, and stand-alone buildings (project values from $10K to $20M). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering – master’s degree is a plus PE license – SE license is a plus 5+ years of engineering experience Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Working knowledge of structural engineering software – RAM, RISA, Revit Working knowledge of building codes – IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual hiring pay range of $85,000-$120,000.
