Project Manager
with a focus on
building structural engineering
to join their team in
downtown St. Louis . This role is ideal for a structural engineer who thrives on client interaction, enjoys managing diverse building projects, and is ready to take ownership of work ranging from small renovations to multimillion-dollar new construction. Responsibilities
Lead structural engineering projects from initial concept through final construction Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and clients to deliver integrated, code-compliant design solutions Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and repeat business Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development and technical excellence Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards Support business development efforts through proposal preparation and client engagement Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license is a plus 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on buildings Strong knowledge of structural systems including steel, concrete, and masonry Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and structural design software (RAM, RISA, Revit) Familiarity with building codes such as IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits
