Early Career Geotechnical Engineer
to work out of our
Birmingham, AL
office. You will assist in providing geotechnical engineering support for infrastructure projects, including research, design, analysis, and construction of roads, buildings, tunnels, dams, and more. You will generate documentation, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate with team members. Your Responsibilities Assist with data collection and analysis from sites and surveys. Maintain quality control standards. Perform basic geotechnical engineering tasks related to site conditions. Generate accurate documentation and reports. Follow safety guidelines and complete training. Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. 0-1 years of relevant experience. Strong research and analytical skills. Familiarity with design/build processes and relevant laws. Effective communication skills. Proficiency with technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS). Commitment to safety and ethical standards. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in related field. Engineer in Training Certification. Relevant internship experience. Active participation in professional organizations. Additional Details
